En hyllning till det svenska folkhemmet, till 50-talets tankar om ABC-staden (Arbete-Bostad-Centrum). Man ser för sitt inre att typsnittet skulle fungera väl med sina breda bokstäver mot betongfasader för att basunera ut inrättningarna i det lokala folkhemscentrumet. Eller kanske på väggarna i de olika namngivna mötesrummen på ert nya kontor?

Font Usage License Agreement

This Font Usage License Agreement (”Agreement”) is entered into between Fluid AB (”Licensor”) and any individual or entity (”Licensee”) accessing or downloading fonts created by Fluid AB from the website fonts.fluid.se (”Website”). By accessing or using the fonts provided on the Website, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant of License:

  1. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the fonts for both commercial and private purposes.

  2. Licensee may use the fonts for any personal or commercial project, including but not limited to website design, print materials, digital products, and advertising.

Restrictions:

  1. Licensee may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the fonts available for download or use by third parties.

  2. Licensee may not include the fonts in any font bundle, font collection, or similar product for sale or distribution. 

Ownership:

  1. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the fonts, including any and all intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer of Liability:

  1. Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, quality, or suitability of the fonts for any particular purpose. Licensee acknowledges that the fonts are provided ”as-is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

  2. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the fonts, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Termination:

  1. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee fails to comply with its terms.

  2. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the fonts and destroy any copies in their possession.

By accessing or using the fonts from the Website, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
